Baitless erzeugt seine Antworten mit KI-Modellen: Anthropic Claude, für Sprachnachrichten und als Ersatz Google Gemini. Antworten können fehlerhaft sein und ersetzen das Lesen der Quelle nicht. Jede Antwort ist in der App als KI-Ergebnis gekennzeichnet.
Zur Teilnahme an einem Streitbeilegungsverfahren vor einer Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle sind wir nicht verpflichtet und nicht bereit.
Baitless verweist auf Inhalte Dritter. Für diese Inhalte sind die jeweiligen Anbieter verantwortlich. Überschriften und Auszug bleiben beim jeweiligen Verlag.
Die App enthält keine fremden Open-Source-Bibliotheken. Der Baitless-Server liest Artikel mit diesen Bibliotheken:

Baitless is distributed solely through the Apple App Store and Google Play. You buy from the store, not from us.
iPhone and iPad: Apple is your contracting party for purchase, subscription, invoicing, cancellation and refunds. Manage subscriptions under Settings › Apple Account › Subscriptions, or in the app under “Manage or cancel subscription”. The Apple standard EULA applies.
Android: Google Commerce Limited, Dublin (Ireland), is your contracting party for purchase, invoicing, withdrawal and refunds. The Google Play Terms of Service apply, refunds follow the Google Play refund policies.
Baitless produces its answers with AI models: Anthropic Claude, and Google Gemini for voice messages and as a fallback. Answers can be wrong and do not replace reading the source. Every answer is marked as an AI result inside the app.
We are neither obliged nor willing to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
Baitless points to third-party content. The respective providers are responsible for that content. Headlines and excerpts remain with the respective publisher.
The app contains no third-party open source libraries. The Baitless server reads articles with Mozilla Readability (Apache License 2.0, Copyright (c) 2010 Arc90 Inc) and linkedom (ISC license, Copyright (c) 2021 Andrea Giammarchi). Full license texts: see above.
